Kíneox completes its corporate governance restructuring with the establishment of an Advisory Board to assist the Board of Directors in strategic, organizational and critical decision processes.
The Advisory Board will support the 2023 Horizon Plan in which Kíneox has embarked itself on to grow both organically and inorganically in international markets.
The Advisors come from different backgrounds and have been selected for their personal and professional abilities in four core areas. Juan Pablo Ventosa, CEO at Human Performance, brings in expertise in Organizational Efficiency, People, Culture and Talent in Spain and Latam; Mariano de Mora, Founding Partner of Sealfy y Momofone, a credit risk seasoned professional with experience in the US and EU, contributes additionally with his deep knowledge of the fintech ecosystem; Jose Falgás, Partner at Socios Financieros, adds know-how and access to financial markets and key players across Europe; and Antonio González-Barros, President of Grupo Intercom, a reference in Internet, brings in a successful track record scaling digital initiatives internationally.
